Shipping Methods
My default shipping is USPS Priority Mail for CONUS orders. I will gladly ship alternate major parcel delivery services too. Or even with your own provided labels if you happen to have such an account.
Please empty and water-flush your pens before shipping for service. With the exception of certain shut-off valve models, the ink can leave quite a mess. I will not ship back ink filled pens unless it has such a shut-off valve closed. If you would like your nib tuned for a specific ink please mail the pen with ink in a separate vial.
It is wise to mindfully pack your pens as I have seen crushed boxes in the past. At the time of writing, not a single pen has been delivered damaged but there is a first time for everything and it would be such an unfortunate turn of events. My recommendation is to wrap your pen in something soft, such as tissue paper, and place this in an addressed crush-resistant shell BEFORE sealing in the shipping box. In the event that a box is damaged this will help your pen reach its final destination. A recommended crush protection option is to use Schedule 40 PVC pipe. At $2.34 for two feet of 1” diameter tube, it’s a very budget friendly way to ship pens with more piece of mind and often allow for pens to be sent in a smaller box, which reduces shipping cost. These pipes are also reusable so please do save them for future shipping if you ever do receive a pen in this manner.
Below is a video of how I used to pack pens for shipping. Instead of the waste caused from excessive foam/bubble-wrap/crumpled-paper, I now tape the paper-wrapped PVC pipes directly to the inside of the box.

Returns
Stock nibworks and pens in their original condition can be returned within fourteen days of the delivery date. Setup and tuning by an experienced professional does not count against “original condition”. Please note that this does not include a stock nibwork which has been further customized (exp.
