Order Forms

Please complete the appropriate form below to place an order inquiry. Only one order form is necessary per batch. Please use Order Comments to detail when ordering more than one service or product. Currently, the site checkout feature is not functioning. We will respond within 36 hours on business days. A PO Box will be provided in our response if necessary to send us your pens. Whenever possible, please include a physical writing sample that you would like best matched. "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog," is common but not mandatory. If the form feels overwhelming, please feel free to skip to the Comments section and I will happily walk you through the process.

If you are uncertain about anything, please type “Help” or make an appropriate comment below. Many questions on the form are meant to streamline information that may be important for some users with certain grinds. It is preferred but not mandatory if you find such things stressful.
